Sprint classes are coming soon to Grassroots! Starting December 2, we will be offering these 30 minute classes multiple times per week at various times during day; you can check the schedule for the exact times.

This 30 minute Sprint Class is perfect for those who are crunched for time but still want a high intensity metabolic conditioning workout. Grassroots Sprint is CrossFit without barbells. Instead, classes include dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowing, running, and jumping. Like the Community Classes we offer, Sprint Classes are open to both experienced CrossFit athletes as well as those who haven’t done CrossFit.
