I have always had a passion for health and fitness, but until I found CrossFit, I didn’t know how far that passion extended. While I enjoyed exercise, I was never able to truly push myself to the limits, both physically and mentally, until CrossFit.
As a high school teacher for six years, I loved sharing my knowledge and support with others, guiding people through tasks they didn’t know they were capable of doing, and instilling in them a new confidence in their abilities. Now I have the pleasure of showing the Oakland community how CrossFit can help them achieve health, fitness, and lifestyle goals beyond what they ever thought possible.
