I started playing sports at a young age and continued through high school. I found CrossFit in my senior year of college when I needed one more credit to round out my general credits. I was hooked. I love the variety of workouts and the social aspect of suffering with friends. I moved to the Bay in late 2015, and by Jan 2017 my coaches had convinced me to take the CrossFit Level 1, and then a couple years later the Level 2. I’ve enjoyed leading classes and noticing people’s improvements over time. I work to improve my coaching so that others may benefit as I have from having good coaches.
