I ran track in high school as a sprinter, but I’ve never considered myself as an exceptional athlete growing up. I discovered CrossFit in 2013 and was immediately attracted to functional movements, pushing myself outside my comfort zone, and being part of a strong community. I was so inspired for what CrossFit has done for me that I now pay it forward and help members get to the next level of their fitness goals while still having fun.
