If you are in Oakland for a limited time, we welcome you to drop-in and continue your training with us! Drop-ins must have completed an On-ramp or worked out at a CrossFit affiliate for at least 3 months. If possible, please fill out the form below prior to dropping-in to confirm your experience and to let us know when you’ll be visiting. Please see the schedule for class availability.

- Unlimited drop-ins for one week: $70
