March 18, 2020 09:00 – Zoom Classes Start Today! Equipment Pickup 2:00pm-2:30pm Today

We will be starting to offer Zoom classes today! Currently we have Patrick Barnes running virtual WOD classes at 10:00am and 4:00pm today. The current schedule we have on weekdays starting tomorrow Thursday March 19:

March 17, 2020 08:00 – Equipment Check Out and WODs

We will be offering equipment to be checked out for active members to be able to work out from home. Anyone who wants to check out equipment for the week can stop by and check out either a KB, a pair of DB, or a Barbell with collars and 4 plates. Smaller Items like Bands and Rings can also be checked out. You are allowed one larger item (KB, DB, or Barbell) and one smaller item (Bands, Rings, etc). After a week, if more items are available, you’re welcome to get more, but we want everyone to have a chance to get something. Please note that if you borrow and break or lose items, you will be responsible for replacing them.

We will be available 8:00am to 9:45 am on March 17, 2020. This will be the only pick up time this week until further notice. You’ll be able to return the equipment after the shelter-in-place order is lifted. Please email us at grcfeastbay@gmail.com if you have any questions.

WODs are still being posted online to be done at home. They are tailored so that you can complete them at home. Click the little green “WOD” circle at the bottom left for your workout.

Look out in your email for virtual sessions offered online, possibly through Zoom or another web meeting software. Thanks everyone for working with us as we get through this difficult time!

March 16, 2020 16:00 – Gym Closure Starting at 12:00am

We just received the news that all residents are being ordered to stay home for the next three weeks, except for essential needs such as getting food, picking up medicine, seeing a doctor, caring for a family member or friend, or for work reasons. Restaurants may continue to offer take out but gyms and bars need to close.
